Welcome to Community Spotlight! Here we will regularly share community discussions, creative highlights, and the latest updates from the development team.
In February, the development team has been hard at work, adding more content to the Edda continent. In the next devnote, we will detail our work on environments and character design. This will be the first unveiling of Never Wither's concept art design, and you'll surely be interested. Stay tuned!

We've also participated in some exciting events — such as the Steam PvP Fest and a batch of events. — and shared a wealth of game-content information.
Through the previously released combat gameplay trailer, we showcased character movements, skill effects, and how the combat system runs in the actual game. This includes interactions between creatures and the environment, possession and form-shifting, as well as skills and magic.

You can see a variety of creatures with distinct combat styles, including beasts, the Claws, elemental creatures, and nature spirits. In the trailer, they are contending with a powerful BOSS from the Plateau.

We also extend our thanks to media and content creators such as IGN China, Gameoneer, Indie Games Hub, and many others for covering Never Wither's recent news — this has helped more players understand our progress and goal.
Back to the community, xilai957 created a meme featuring the protagonist, the Gardener.

Very interesting! Looks like it's plotting something… In fact, at first the Gardener got a more humanlike appearance. But as gameplay matured, we wanted players to focus more on the creatures than on the Gardener. Therefore, we have stripped away as many directional visual cues as possible, making the Gardener look like a shifting vessel. The next devnote will share more details about these designs.
s0rete is eager to see base raids implemented in the game.
No problem! We will offer both PvP and PvE servers, and base raiding will definitely be a thing on the PvP side. Of course, on PvE servers and in online modes, you can also enjoy a slower-paced survival, exploration, and construction experience with friends.
Finally, many thanks again to all community members for your support. Please continue to communicate with us. Your opinions are vital to us!
See you next time!
